Where do you ship from? What is the cost of shipping an order?

We ship from Van Nuys, CA, a suburb of Los Angeles. We ship most orders within 24 hours of receipt and use UPS ground service delivery. Express shipping is also available. Our standard shipping rates within the continental U.S. are as follows:

For orders of $100.00 or more - FREE SHIPPING (UPS Ground service)
For orders less than $100.00 - $4.95

Express shipping
UPS Next Day - $21.95
UPS 2 Day Air - $14.95
UPS 3 day Air - $9.95

You can also use your own FedEx account for Next Day and 2 Day delivery.

Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
For shipments to HI, AK and PR, the rates are:
UPS Next Day - $31.95
UPS 2 Day Air - $16.95


Canadian Orders
We ship all orders into Canada via UPS and charge the actual rates determined by UPS.
Please note: There are additional charges for GST and brokerage fees which are charged directly to you when the shipment clears customs.

Other International Orders
At the present time, we ship all international orders UPS and charge the actual rates determined by UPS. If you would like to use an alternative service such as Federal Express and can provide your own account number, we will be glad to use this service for you.

We can not ship via United States Parcel Service as we can not provide proof of shipment and delivery on International Orders.
